Daniel Kids

Exhibitors

Be a part of our National Conferences!

Daniel conferences are known to attract national youth service professionals from all of the US. Our most recent Foster Care Conference: “Footsteps to the Future” included attendees from 32 states.  In addition, this event partners with a Statewide training giving exhibitors exposure to an additional 150 (adoption and IL) social service professionals.

The diversity of this audience provides a wealth of prospective customers and clients for our conference exhibitors. All session breaks will be held in the exhibit area in order to stimulate interest and attendee traffic within the exhibit area. Exciting door prize drawings for donated items and services also attract attendees to the exhibit area.

Advantages of being an exhibitor:

  • Generate new business
  • Market your product or service to hundreds of Social Work Professionals
  • Network with influential child welfare leaders from across the country
  • Enhance your organization’s prominence in the social service arena
  • Renew old contacts and generate new relationships
  • Promote your organization in the on-site conference brochure provided to all attendees

Participation includes a skirted 6′ table in an approximate 8′ x 10′ space, two chairs, signage, refreshment breaks and complementary lunch per paid exhibit table (up to the maximum of two representatives).

“Take One” Table Opportunity (in Lieu of Exhibiting)

Brochures, literature and sales flyers may be displayed at the conference for the nominal cost of $100.00 per 1,000 pieces. The “Take One” tables are strategically located in the registration/exhibit area, enticing our attendees’ interest in the materials. Our attendees can consult your materials between workshops and transport your materials home for later review and sharing with colleagues.

We recommend sending materials for one half of the expected conference attendance. Leftover literature will be recycled at the end of the conference.

We reserve the right to refuse any material that is deemed inappropriate for this conference. If you wish to be sure that your materials are acceptable, please mail us a sample for review.
