Scholarships must be processed/approved at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Once payments are processed for registrations, a $20 administrative fee will be assessed for any refunds requested after submission.
Conference Hotel for Licensing/Rev Max:
These trainings will be held at the lovely Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek (14651 Chelonia Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32821).
Reservations can be made online or by calling directly at 407-390-2300. Reference group code DCF Winter Trainings when making reservations in order to secure a discount rate. Reservations must be secured for one night’s room and tax at the time of booking with a deposit or credit card.
Discount Room Rate: $225.00 per night – Reservations must be made by Thursday, December 19, 2024 in order to secure the discounted group rate. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the discretion of the hotel. Book your room early!
Parking fees: Discount rate of $15.00 per day for self-parking.
Note: When making reservations with an agency card not in your possession at check-in, it’s imperative to bring a credit card authorization form to simplify the process.

Discount Room Rate: $189.00 per night – Reservations must be made by Friday, January 3, 2025 in order to secure the discounted group rate. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the discretion of the hotel. Book your room early!
