Registration is open and limited scholarships per CBC circuit are available. Email the conference team ([email protected]) to inquire about availability BEFORE registering.

Scholarships must be processed/approved at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Once payments are processed for registrations, a $20 administrative fee will be assessed for any refunds requested after submission.

Conference Hotel/Facility:
This year’s conference will be held at the beautiful Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek (14651 Chelonia Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821).
Reservations can be made online or by calling 800-996-3426. Reference group Daniel Memorial when making reservations in order to secure a discount rate. Reservations must be secured for one night’s room and tax at the time of booking with a deposit or credit card.
Discount Room Rate: $215.00 per night – Reservations must be made by Monday, April 20, 2026, in order to secure the discounted group rate. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the discretion of the hotel.
Parking fees: Discount self-parking rate of $15.00 per day.
Note: When making reservations with an agency card not in your possession at check-in, it’s imperative to bring a credit card authorization form to simplify the process.
