Become a Daniel Foster Parent
Imagine giving local youth that have experienced abuse or neglect a fresh start at a better future. You can by becoming a therapeutic foster parent to a school-aged child or teenager. Daniel’s experienced team will give you special training, 24/7 support and compensation for their care.
You just need to provide a caring heart, a safe home and meet these requirements from the Department of Children and Families:
- be over 21 years of age
- pass a level 2 background screening
- complete 60 hours of specialized training (Daniel provides free classes.)
- have a safe and stable home with enough space (rent or own)
- complete a Home Study that includes providing family history information, personal interviews and an inspection of your home
- show financial stability with sufficient income to meet your own family’s needs (You will be compensated for the foster child’s care.)
