Conditional Release Program

The Daniel Memorial Conditional Release Program provides intensive, community-based supervision for 52 youth released from juvenile justice residential commitment facilities and residing in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Comprehensive case management services include individualized service planning and family and/or individual therapy for youth with identified mental health needs.

Ages served: 12 – 18 years old
